Lavender & Hop pillow recipe

Mix 4 handfuls of dried hops (about 100g) with 4 handfuls of dried lavender (about 100g, we recommend using our Organic lavender to go with the dried hops as it is has the most restful fragrance).

Put the dried lavender and dried hops in a fine mesh bag (to let the fragrance escape) by your pillow in bed.

Two handfuls of each of dried hops and Organic dried lavender in an organza bag 15x20cm.

The bag is tied with a drawstring so can be refilled if necessary.
